DAY 22 | Full Body 45
Grab a slider, a heavy resistance band and a ball is you have one. Make sure you use a heavy resistance band, we're focusing on some smaller movement hip strengthening so a heavy band will be best to get the most out of it!

DAY 17 | Cardio Core
This one really got me today, at one point I say "pop down and sink up". You just need resistance bands, heavy and medium if you have them!

DAY 16 | Heavy Strength Glutes
Grab a heavy resistance band and weights!

You don't need anything for this, if you have one available grab a small ab ball, pillow or rolled up towel. Enjoy!

Grab weights, a slider and a resistance band for this full body burner!

DAY 13 | HIIT
Ok heed my advice on this one, start your EMOM's with 4 reps of each exercise then bump up to 5 and then maybe 6. Grab 5 lb weights and push through this HIIT workout!

Grab everything, heavy weights, medium weights, slider AND a band. This one is serious, enjoy!

Day 11 | 10 Minute Abs
Use this quick 10 minute ab class for some movement and breath on a rest day or whenever you feel like sprinkling in a little burn. No equip needed, enjoy!
