    Grab a slider, a heavy resistance band and a ball is you have one. Make sure you use a heavy resistance band, we're focusing on some smaller movement hip strengthening so a heavy band will be best to get the most out of it!

    This one really got me today, at one point I say "pop down and sink up". You just need resistance bands, heavy and medium if you have them!
