    This has a bit of everything mixed it, you'll need weights, a slider, resistance band and a block (all things optional of course).

  • 50 MINUTE FULL BODY

    You'll need weights, sliders and a resistance band!

  • 60 MIN FULL BODY

    60 minutes today, we move through everything and we use everything! Grab weights, resistance band, sliders and a ball (sub pilates ring, towel, pillow, foam roller). Enjoy!
