  • 30 MIN ARMS AND ABS

    Grab a set of weights, two different sets if you like the variety :)

  • 40 MIN ARMS AND ABS

    You'll need weights, a band and a ball/block is optional!

  • RFRM 45 | Strength + Balance

    Grab a set of weights and a slider for this 45 minute full body class!

  • Legs + Obliques

    Two of my favorite muscle groups, quick 30 minute oblique and leg workout. You'll need something to slide with, I have socks on so those work but you may try a towel, slider or paper plate!

  • Core + Arms

    Quick effective burner for the core and arms, use weights if you're feeling particularly adventurous or use nothing at all!

  • Quick Full Body

    Grab some weights and get ready for a quick full body burn to get you moving! It cuts off a little at the end but just take some time to stretch on your mat :)

  • Good Morning Legs and Abs

    *Disclaimer: You do not need a block or a book, disregard my instruction at the beginning. You do need a towel or slider though :)*
