  • Stretch | "Thoracic" Park

    Short and sweet, we work the mobility, stretch and release of the thoracic spine (think middle of your back). You don't need anything but if you have a foam roller and heavy weight, I do one release exercise at the end with those!

  • Stretch | Hips + Hamstrings

    Short series focused on increasing mobility, stretching and releasing the hips and hamstrings. We'll use a towel or a strap if you have one, enjoy!
