    This may be short but it is not sweet. You don't need anything for this HIIT workout of cardio and strength intervals focused on legs!!

    Cardio intervals mixed with arm strength exercises and some core exercises. Only 20 minutes but it'll get your heart rate pumping!

    Grab a heavier and lighter set of weights if you have access to them and get ready to mix in some killer arm exercises with cardio bursts!

  • HIIT | Abs + Legs

    Get ready for a hard hitting (no pun intended) 30 minutes of cardio intervals mixed with strength intervals. No equipment needed, jumping is optional :)
