  • REST DAY | Lower Body Stretch

    I used a band to help stretch but you could use a yoga strap, towel or nothing. Use this on a rest day or even on days that your lower body is craving it!

  • DAY 3 | Shoulders

    Grab a variety pack of weights if you have them (there are points when you may not even need them lol), enjoy!

  • DAY 2 | Full Body 45

    Work your whole body through this 45 minute class, grab weights and a resistance band! (I had 5 lb and 3 lbs and a pretty heavy band will work) Enjoy!

  • DAY 1 | Glutes and Obliques

    A little glute and oblique action for the first short of the challenge! Grab one weight (I used a 5 lb), enjoy!
